Make an 'Idea' category.

2. We could add custom image badges.

3. We could have a reviewer application board where members could write an application and then post it here. Someone will decide if it's worthy. If they get accepted, they can write in another board there reviews. But if you are not a H.O.O.S reviewer and you post in the 'reviews' borad. Your thread will be deleted.

4. We need a private board that only higher ranked members can see to discuss special promos, ideas, etc, etc.
